2. Product Description
The Trading Performance System is a digital performance tracking framework delivered as a Notion-based template.
It is designed for traders who want to track R-multiples, model performance, and execution discipline.
This product is delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Purchase & Payment
The product is offered as a one-time payment.
All prices are displayed in CHF.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its integrated payment providers.
Access to the product is granted immediately after successful payment.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made digitally.
After purchase, the customer receives immediate access instructions via email or confirmation page.
The customer is responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout.
The customer is responsible for having a Notion account and basic technical ability to duplicate and use the template.
5. No Right of Withdrawal
Due to the digital nature of this product, access is granted immediately after purchase.
By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees that delivery begins immediately and therefore waives any statutory right of withdrawal once access has been provided.
Refunds are not available after delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, structures, and materials included in the Trading Performance System remain the intellectual property of the provider.
The customer receives a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
Reselling, sharing, distributing, or copying the product is strictly prohibited.
Any commercial use, redistribution, sublicensing or reproduction of the product or parts of it is strictly prohibited.
7. Disclaimer (No Financial Advice)
The Trading Performance System is an educational and performance tracking tool.
It does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
Trading involves substantial risk. No guarantees of profitability or performance are made.
The provider is not responsible for trading results, financial losses, or decisions made by the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
The provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
Use of the product is at the customer’s own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
Jurisdiction is the provider’s place of residence or business in Switzerland.
